ゴミゼロ倶楽部は、初のフォーサーズ規格に基づいたオリンパスのE-1が発売された2004年に、ユーザーが情報交換と懇親の場を求めて集まってオンライン上に生まれました。倶楽部の名前の由来は、デジタル一眼の泣き所である撮像素子にゴミが付くことを、強力に防いだオリンパスのダストリダクションから来ています。清掃活動とは関係ありません。
集まったユーザーの中には、自らも写真撮影を趣味とするカメラメーカーの社員、プロの方も参加され、ユーザー間の自由な交流を行っています。ほぼ毎年行われていた写真展に出展した作品です。
